Higher Ground (HG) is a faith-based organization of people who love to spend time in nature - hiking, bicycling, canoeing, kayaking, snow skiing, and exploring together. We are located in Lancaster County, PA. Most of our expeditions start and end in Leola. We enjoy outdoor exercise and like connecting "on the journey"...on hiking trails, rails-to-trails, lakes, rivers, ski slopes, etc. Come out and experience Higher Ground with us. Waldo really liked to live with his new parents, the King and Queen. He will always remember how they found him, lost in the Nolde Forest near Reading, Pennsylvania. He was an orphan when his real mother and father decided thay didn't want him anymore.

Waldo felt very safe since he was adopted by the King and Queen. He was much happier now and liked to explore new lands with them. The Prince and Princess did not come with him but stayed home in the Castle.
